PROGRAM OUTLINE

Each 75-minute session blends teaching, guided reflection, and peer discussion.

Session 1 - Courage to Clarify

Define what you want professionally and where fear shows up. Set career intention & personal courage goals.

Session 2 & 3 - Resume & LinkedIn Courage

Define and build your personal brand. Tell your story boldly and authentically online and on your resume.

Session 4 & 5 - Interview Courage

Develop your Elevator Pitch and Storytelling for confident interviewing. Address self-doubt, rejection, and nerves.

Session 6 - Networking Courage

Build real connections without feeling fake. Develop a networking strategy that works for you.
