HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

We start with what matters most right now, then work from there.
Sometimes that means stepping back and seeing something differently.
Sometimes it means getting very practical.
Usually, it means both.
Private 1:1 sessions over an agreed period, sometimes a couple of hours, typically two to six months, with the cadence shaped around what we're working on.
Sessions are confidential and held virtually, so I work with clients in New York and around the world.
Between sessions, there may be reflection, practical work or actions we agree on together. Not homework for the sake of it.
